How far in advance do I have to book and how?2 - 7 days is the average time it takes to pull your order together depending on your request. Once you have decided your order and tell us your date, we confirm and your order is swiftly processed. We do also have a specialty line. These custom request can take as much 3 months notice and we work with you every step of the way to get your custom gift right. Can I add a personalized note?Yes! All of our gift baskets include a card and we have a variety of options available that are suitable for all occasions.

How will my gift(s) be packaged?All of our gifts are packaged in high quality wooden crates, boxes, baskets, or gift bags. Our gift baskets are wrapped in clear cellophane and the boxes and crates can come with and without covers. All gifts are tied with a ribbon or custom accents and include a gift card.

Can you include my logo or branding in your design?Absolutely! Lead time is required for custom orders. Contact us early in the idea process so we can help you flesh out ideas to create the best gift(s).

Do you create welcome or local gifting options?Yes! Yes! Yes! We can incorporate local rums, handmade products, tasteful locally-branded items, and other welcome items including personal care items.

Where is your fruit sources?We source our fruit fresh to ensure the best quality. However, as fruit is delicate, please handle it with care. While we carefully inspect each item before packaging, some bruising may naturally occur. Rest assured, everything has been freshly selected. Remember to wash all fruits before consuming. Enjoy!

Do you deliver?Of course we do! Island wide! If you would like to include delivery we will need the contact name, number, and address of your recipient.

I am not in Barbados but I still want to send gift, is that possible?Yes! We offer a variety of payment options and stay in contact to ensure you get the gift you would like delivered, we can also send you pictures and videos of the recipient receiving the gift, lIke you were right there with them.

I want to deliver the gift myself, can I collect instead of delivery?Definitely! Between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM Monday to Friday. Weekend collection and out of office collection times can be arranged for special circumstances. Ask us!

How can I pay?We accept several forms of payment including Mastercard, Visa card, Paypal, Zelle, Wire Transfer. Once your order has been confirmed, we agree to the payment method and send you the relevant information to process your payment.

How much should I budget for a gift?Our baskets start at $200 with the average spend around $350. We also launch new lines and special from time to time. Most orders are personalized gifts where the prices can be significantly different. We're here to help. Contact us for your custom quote.

What is your custom gifting policy?We are thrilled about the possibility of creating a bespoke gift for your special occasion. In line with our commitment to delivering service excellence, our custom gifting policy requires an initial deposit prior to the commencement of services. We place great value and care in each customer and gift, and we hope that the details on our packages provided so far shine through. As outlined in our general catalogue (custom gifting packages start at the base price USD 275.00. Our deposit is USD 150.00. Please note the full amount is applied towards your gift and our price is reflective of our services including research, sourcing, packaging and delivery. If you are ready to move forward, please let us know and we will provide the payment options available for your submission of our customary client deposit. Once your order is finalize,d we will provide the final price along with an invoice. We look forward to working with you and bringing your gift to life.

What is your process?Here is a little insight into our internal process to ensure everyone gets pictures on the day and all orders are done in an organized and streamline manner. Orders are packaged the day of to ensure a freshly done gift. Pictures are taken and delivery collects. We seek to send confirmation that the delivery is collected with pictures so wherever possible you can see the gift before the recipient calls you. We touch base during the day after the order is completed Delivery times vary based on a number of factors, example location, traffic, recipient's availability to name a few. So we aim to keep an open line of communication throughout the day to offer updates as needed and to confirm your order has been completed. Please note depending on the number of orders to be fulfilled on the day or the nature of your gift/ services request pictures or confirmation of delivery are not always provided prior, however we aim to do so before the close of business and to provide you with pictures for your memories where applicable. Additionally, feel free to proactively inquire about progress. Your peace of mind is our priority.
